To turn off the flow:

1.   When the water returning from the PF coils is cool, turn off the PF coil pump.

2.   When the water returning from the IL coils is cool, turn off the IL coil pump.

3.   Turn off the CIRC pump.

4.   Close the valve on the send side of the building cooling line (at the heat exchanger).

5.   Close the valve on the return side of the building cooling line.
